Under the visionary leadership of Dr. Ibrahim El Desouky, our group emerged more than 18 years ago as a pioneer in replacing traditional materials with Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP). We didn’t just fix old defects; we revolutionized the industry, turning manhole covers and infrastructure components into masterpieces of engineering that the industry is proud of globally.

Dr. Ibrahim El-Desouki stands as a distinguished model of industrial leadership. His journey combines academic excellence—graduating from Cairo University’s Faculty of Commerce in 2000—with over two decades of practical expertise that began as early as 1998.

Building an Industrial Empire

Starting his career in major civil works, Dr. Ibrahim founded “Alalameya Group” in 1998, rapidly growing it into a leading entity in water and drainage supplies. In 2009, he marked a major milestone by establishing a massive industrial hub in Egypt, which has since grown to include three state-of-the-art plants. Today, this hub represents the largest production capacity for GRP and FRP products in Africa and the Middle East, serving as the strategic manufacturing backbone for the group’s operations.

Global Expansion & Falcon Saudi

Driven by a vision that knows no borders, Dr. Ibrahim expanded the group’s footprint internationally:

• Morocco: Establishing Falcon Morocco.

• United Kingdom: Launching Falcon UK.

• UAE: Establishing FMC Trading, the only company certified by Dubai Municipality in its specific field.

• Saudi Arabia: The crowning achievement of this expansion is Falcon Saudi, established to bring this global expertise and massive production capability to the Kingdom’s booming infrastructure market.

Academic & Honorary Recognition

Believing that success requires continuous learning, Dr. Ibrahim has consistently pursued scientific and professional development. In recognition of his immense contributions to industry and development, he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in 2022 from the United Nations University of Arts.
